Apply and Submit Your RERA Details
Fill our simple application form. We need your name, RERA registration number, agency, areas covered, and a brief portfolio overview. Takes less than 5 minutes.

RERA Verification and Profile Approval
We verify your RERA license directly via Dubai Land Department records. Approval within 48 hours. No license, no partnership — this protects everyone.

Sign the Digital Partner Agreement
You receive a DocuSign link via email. The agreement covers the Performance Share structure, tail period, client handling standards, and confidentiality. Legally binding under UAE Electronic Transactions Law.

Submit Your Properties for Listing
We verify each property — title deed or NOC required, availability confirmed, photos reviewed. Only verified properties carry the Bhimala stamp and go live.

Performance-Based Settlement
Bhimala Estates charges a Performance Share — a one-time fee settled only upon confirmed deal completion. No monthly fees. No upfront costs. Our share is 50% of your earned commission on successful deals. One deal. One settlement. Simple.
Our Standards
What We Ask From You

Valid RERA License
Mandatory. No exceptions. All agents must hold a current, valid RERA registration before any listing goes live.
30-Day Availability Reconfirmation
Every 30 days, you confirm each listed property is still available. Failure to reconfirm means automatic pause of that listing.
48-Hour Deal Notification
When any deal closes with a Bhimala-referred client, you notify us within 48 hours. No exceptions.
Professional Client Handling
Every client we refer reflects on Bhimala Estates. We expect professional, timely, and honest communication at all times.
Property Documentation
Title deed for sale properties. NOC or tenancy contract for rentals. Every listing must be backed by real documentation.
Signed Partner Agreement
Digital signature via DocuSign before any listing is published or any client is referred. No agreement, no partnership.

What the Agreement Covers
Our Partner Agreement is a clear, fair, one-page document that protects both parties. Executed digitally. Legally binding in UAE.
Performance Share structure — our Performance Share applies on deal completion
12-month tail period — any referred client who closes within 12 months counts
Client confidentiality — referred client details cannot be shared with third parties
Listing standards — verified properties only, 30-day reconfirmation required
